Apply a few drops to the skin and massage briefly until absorbed. For best results we recommend applying the product as described below.

IN THE MORNING: one drop on the forehead (3rd eye position), on the heart and on the inside of each wrist.
IN THE EVENING: a drop on the forehead (position of the 3rd eye), behind the ears, on the heart, on the palms of the hands, on the navel and under the soles of the feet.
