When to use decontracting products? Contracture occurs when muscle tissue is stressed beyond its physiological tolerance limit . The excessive load triggers a defense mechanism that leads the muscle to contract. The predisposing causes may be of a mechanical and/or metabolic nature such as: lack of warming up, unsuitable physical preparation, excessive stress, sudden and violent movements, joint problems, postural and muscular imbalances and lack of coordination.
1 - PACK
PASTA IDROGEL
Make a compress on the affected areas with Pasta Idrogel, leave to act for at least 20 minutes and remove with water.
