INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS OF B&C S.R.L.

1) Data controller of the processing of personal data - place of processing

The controller of the processing of personal data is B e C S.r.l. "("Company"), in the person of the legal representative Anna Muscoso, who can be contacted at the e-mail address anna.muscoso@bec-natura.com, or at the following telephone number 0543 473185.

The processing is carried out in Italy, at the Company's registered office and/or at the external processors who may be appointed.

3) Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of data under categories (A), (B) is: establishment / execution of the contract, as well as compliance with legal obligations.

The legal basis for the processing of data in category (C) is: legitimate interest under Art. 21 GDPR

The legal basis for the processing of data in category (D) is: consent

 

4) Optional nature of the data in relation to the category

The processing of data in categories (A), (B) and (C) is compulsory within the limits and with respect to the purposes indicated above and, in case of refusal, the Company will not be able to meet its obligations.

The provision of further data with respect to those indicated above is free and optional and the processing of such further data is subject to the consent of the data subject.

 

5) Methods of processing and storage of data

Personal data will be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices) and in the manner strictly necessary to meet the purposes indicated above.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of the contract and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship, including the accounting and tax management of the data controller.

In any case, the data will be kept for a further period necessary for the protection, including judicial protection, of the rights of the Company.

 

6) Communication of the data - subjects authorized to the treatment

Your personal data may be communicated to:

- public bodies, judicial or administrative authorities and other subjects for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for the execution of the contract, in particular the data will be transmitted to the accountant of the Company for the processing of accounting

- employees and members of the controller team, in their capacity as authorised personnel for the processing of data, the so-called "persons in charge of processing".

- third parties who carry out activities in outsourcing on behalf of the controller, in their capacity as data processors

 

7) Dissemination and data profiling

Your personal data may be processed by automated means, including profiling, in order to perfect and customize the commercial offer based on your personal tastes and needs, to send advertising communications and for marketing activities. This is only possible if you have given your explicit consent, which can be revoked freely and at any time.

Your data may be processed by companies that perform the services of shipment / delivery of products, sending newsletters, companies that perform maintenance services of computer services.

  

8) Rights of the interested party

The Regulation grants to you, in particular, the following rights:

  • 15 GDPR - right of access: obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed
  • 16 GDPR – right to rectification: obtain rectification and provide a supplementary statement
  • 17 GDPR – right to erasure: obtain the erasure of personal data in the cases set forth by GDPR
  • 18 GDPR – right to restriction: obtain the restriction of the processing of personal data
  • 20 GDPR - right to data portability: obtain the data portability to another holder
  • 21 GDPR right to object: right to object to processing personal data
  • 22 GDPR – right to object to automated processing: right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling
  • 77 GDPR– right to lodge a complaint: right to lodge a complaint (Italian Data Protection Authority– www.garanteprivacy.it)
