The delivery of the products takes place at the address specified by the user in the “Home Delivery” order form within the times specified in the table below:

By main locations we mean the provincial capitals and the large inhabited centers; for secondary locations, the small-medium sized municipalities; for disadvantaged localities very small towns, mountain and remote towns.
The delivery terms indicated start from the working day following the sending of the order.
Home delivery refers to the street level. Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, from 9:00 to 18:00, excluding national holidays.

At the end of the purchase procedure, the following payment methods will be allowed:

BeC srl will never become aware of the customer’s credit card information.
The credit card payment procedure takes place using a secure connection, in which the Customer must indicate the data requested by the Site such as, for example: the type of credit card, the number and expiration date of the credit card and any additional data or security codes that may be requested by the person managing the transaction: MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and American Express.
The indication of a telephone number is always required where the customer can be contacted.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased product, by sending, within the aforementioned term, communication written notice of withdrawal in the following ways:
By registered letter with return receipt to the following address: BeC Srl – Via Monteverdi, 47/49/51 – 47122 Forlì (FC).
If the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in the previous point, he must return the product no later than the fifteenth day after receipt, by direct delivery and shipment by forwarding the product to BeC Srl c / o the headquarters indicated above .
All costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. The integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, for which it will not be possible to return goods if the packaging is opened, even if only partially, the seals are altered or if the original packaging is not provided.
The shipment, until receipt of the goods at the BeC headquarters, is under the customer’s full responsibility, also for the eventuality of loss of the same.
In the event that all the conditions and obligations of the consumer provided for in the previous points have been respected, the Supplier will send an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. In addition, the Supplier will reimburse the sale price according to the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, net of the shipping costs incurred, minus any costs related to the return incurred by the Supplier.
